Event Spaces at Coyote Hills
Host your event in the confines of our 3,000-square-foot banquet room, which can be set up to host any event from 20 – 300+. Views of the golf course and surrounding hillsides can easily be viewed through floor-to-ceiling windows. If you do want to enjoy the outdoors, four sets of double doors open out onto a long terrace where guests can sit and relax in the sunshine, and later savor the sweet evening air while enjoying the calming illuminated waterfalls.
Imagine the wedding of your dreams in our enchanting outdoor ceremony site. A traditional pitched structure of wood beams wrapped with romantic Wisteria vines creates a natural frame of the couple against the stunning view of our cascading waterfall. With an elevated altar and a serene fountain, the setting is complete for your special day.
The Pointe Ballroom
The Vista Falls Ballroom can be separated into two event spaces. The Pointe Ballroom is the smaller portion of the two spaces, and can be used for events ranging from 10 to 80 guests. It has access to the wrap-around patio, and views of the cascading waterfall from the terrace.
The 22,000-square-foot clubhouse at Coyote Hills is set amidst the breathtaking scenery of the golf course, with its picturesque waterfalls and bubbling streams, it affords guests sweeping views of the beautifully landscaped grounds. An attached event pavilion allows guests to fully appreciate the breathtaking beauty that Coyote Hills has to offer in this unique wedding facility. The clubhouse is also a great place to relax after a full day on the course, or to host friends and family for other special events.
